HEALTHY Living from A Holistic Investor

So I’m visiting my friend in the hospital and it’s reminding me of my mortality. Why did I wait for so long to start caring about my body?

Why did I smoke cigarettes for 30+ years?

Why did I not exercise more?

It’s time to take responsibility for my health and remember that I am the most important person in my life!

I need to maintain my health, first and foremost…..much like the oxygen mask on an airplane. You have to save yourself first and then you can help others.

It’s such a beautiful day outside and I’m so lucky that I can walk across the parking lot to the last space that was available in the hospital parking lot today!

What I’ve learned so far:

Brush your teeth twice a day, brush your tongue, and floss too!

Take your vitamins at least once a day!

LOVE your family and your neighbors….don’t let the little stuff make you angry. It’s them not you.

Eat vegan meals most of the time

MOST IMPORTANT: PROBIOTICS
Take your probiotics in the morning on empty stomach…
Eat sauerkraut, unsweetened yogurt, kimchee, and any other fermented foods with every meal.
