Leslie Purdy is a 3rd generation real estate investor with a lifetime of experience. She started learning about real estate at 2 years old, as a tool fetcher for her father who was remodeling the house they lived in.
At 10, Leslie helped her parents repair and remodel their rental houses. At 14, it was commercial property remodels. At 22, she became a landlord while attending Florida State University. For the next 20 years, Leslie and her husband, Sean, worked in construction and real estate sales while "slow flipping" the houses they lived in and remodeling a few rentals. In 2013, they started to flip houses full time. 30 houses later, Leslie & Sean have increased their net worth exponentially. They keep more than half of their flips as rental properties. Leslie now also shares her expertise with many students through coaching and speaking, while still improving properties, managing rentals and helping others achieve their dreams.
